Pricing questions
What counts as a sales channel?
Each storefront or marketplace where you sell — your Shopify store is one channel, Amazon is another, Etsy a third. Selling on two Amazon marketplaces (e.g., US and Canada) still counts as one channel.
Can I switch plans as I grow?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime — the change takes effect on your next billing cycle. Most sellers start on Launch and move up as volume grows.
My books are a mess. Do I need cleanup first?
Probably, and that's normal. Most new clients start with a one-time cleanup (from $750) to get everything current and tax-ready, then roll onto a monthly plan.
Do you work with sellers outside Florida?
Yes — the whole service is remote. We work with online sellers anywhere in the US.
What's not included?
Tax filing and payroll. Your books are kept tax-ready for your CPA, and if you need payroll we refer you to a trusted partner.
Is there a contract?
No long-term commitment — either party can cancel anytime with written notice. No setup fees. A 5% convenience fee applies to credit/debit card payments.
